Software Design Engineer
Esgut is looking for software developers with experience in web technologies, OO Design and database technologies (experience with PHP,
MySQL, CSS, Apache, AJAX, and an eye for great design and functionality are all a plus). A candidate should love working in a start-up environment and be driven to build new & exciting ways for people to use the web. We're seeking a creative and motivated engineer who will take ownership of their projects. We have a growing team and could use a variety of experience levels from developers to senior architects. Responsibilities will include product design and development of new product features.
EXPERIENCE
• Permanent Resident or US Citizen
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge in PHP preferred
• Strong background in Object Oriented languages.
• Expertise in developing using MySQL databases. (you frequent mysqlperformanceblog.com)
• Expertise in web technologies (Servlets, HTML, XML, Javascript, Ajax, CSS templating, etc.)
• Development experience with Service Oriented Architecture
• Familiarity with API-oriented web technologies preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as part of a small team.

Chief Technology Officer
Esgut is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead the software design team. The CTO will be responsible for all software deliverables. The entire software development, test, and design team will report to the CTO.
